The Practice Club
Every Sunday, we send a new weekly practice routine + schedule to follow at home or at your local golf course. Each week's protocol focuses on a new skill (short putts, long putts, pure contact, swing speed, etc.) so you develop all-around skill for lower scores.
Weekly focuses + tests = steady improvement
We rotate core skills so you don’t guess what to practice next—and you’ll verify progress with pass/fail tests.
Each week targets a skill: putt start‑line, wedge distance windows, fairway‑wood contact, pressure ladders, and more—30 to 90‑minute practice sessions.
Short, actionable drills with demonstrations. Indoor and outdoor versions so you can train anywhere. Weather is no excuse, work from home.
Use printable scorecards to measure make‑%, dispersion, up‑and‑downs, and wedge landing windows. Hit the threshold and move on.
What you’ll train all year
The same core skill buckets we coach in person—organized into weekly focuses with built‑in testing and stat tracking.
- Putting: start line, face control, distance control, pressure ladders
- Chipping & Pitches: strike, trajectory, bump‑and‑run, 20–60 yd wedge matrix
- Full Swing: setup, plane, path/face, sequencing, speed
- Bunkers: entry point, height/spin, distance control
- On‑Course: club selection, dispersion windows, target strategy
- Stat Tracking: FIR, GIR, putts, scrambling, make‑% by distance
- Mobility & Golf Fitness: daily stretch + simple strength circuits

FAQ
What’s the difference between plans?
Pro Plan members get a swing lesson included in their monthly subscription from PGA Coach Mike Foy. Access to the premium members only website content also differs if you're on the starter or pro plan. Pro members get additional access to premium content, videos, and lessons from Coach Mike.
How much time per week do I need?
Most members do 2–4 sessions of 30–90 minutes. Every focus includes shorter and longer versions to match your schedule.
Indoor or outdoor?
Both. You’ll get indoor alternatives for winter and bad‑weather days, plus range and short‑game area versions for those who can head to a local golf course for practice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans renew on their cycles; you can cancel before the next renewal. Annual is prepaid for the year so no refunds. Cancel before the next annual renewal.
Do you offer refunds?
We want you to succeed. If you’re not happy, email [email protected] and we’ll make it right.
